Once executives have reached specific positions and gained experience, How can they continue their development? Which knowledge and management tools are really important to update for the future?
At IE Top Management Programs we will answer these questions. We view Executive Education as a way for managers, directors and company leaders to update skills, learn the latest trends and practices and network with experts and other managers.
The Advanced Management Program is specifically designed for executives with a clear international vision who hold positions of major responsibility and have been identified by their organizations as their leaders in the near future.
The AMP responds to the training needs of top managers who have reached a stage in their career where they are poised to seek positions of maximum responsibility in the near future.
Participants increase their personal capacity, analyze new management models and broaden their network with new colleagues from different organizations and countries.
The program is aimed at high-potential directors in transition towards the top executive level; the focus is clearly international.
