Brazil low-income residential development projects offer compelling risk-adjusted returns due to “true” domestic demand, newly established government programs and limited at-risk capital during the development process.



West 4th Capital is also partnering with a leading low-income residential developer to capitalize on the opportunity by investing in low income residential development projects located in mid to large city centers (minimum population of 1 million).



W4 has originated for investment a portfolio of projects in the greater metropolitan area of Sao Paulo to construct 1,102 units with a combined gross sales value of US$78M. We are currently seeking co-investment capital to launch the projects in June 2010.
